Full v2 reset of the cable-cage bracket set (sorter-v2 #403): the underside raises ~2mm (foot 212.5 -> 214.5, boss underside 210.0 -> 212.0), same change as interface-cage-bracket-cable's v2, moving the cage from the 25mm-tall 'temp catcher wall' Onshape branch to the 23mm-tall main branch. Bolt pattern and cage-plate rebate unchanged, so an old print still bolts in the same place.
